i once saw Napa valley from above
on an early morning balloon ride
it was spectacular,
quiet and peaceful but for the bursts of flame
to keep us afloat
we landed in a vineyard
similar to this one,
and had a champagne breakfast,
while all around us the valley was just starting to rouse.
this is still one of my fondest memories.
