catch 'em lake

Catch'em lake is not too far from my house.  i often drive by and wonder about fishing, how difficult it is, how to cast a line, what bait to use.
one day i decided to stop by and see what the attraction is.
it was a very windy day and the lake hadn't been stocked in a while, so there was not a lot of activity.  i did find one catch....a big ol' catfish.
