with that in mind, i made an appointment with an acupuncturist
to treat a neck/shoulder problem i have been having.
in the first session (maybe more to follow) we went over my
medical history, and his conclusion was that he would work
on the spleen meridian and also the immediate area.
he told me about the needles, and what to expect. it was more uncomfortable
than i had anticipated, but not painful, only an occasional pinch feeling (i must
admit that i flinched a couple of times when the needle went deep)
what i am most excited about is what TCM (traditional chinese medicine)
can do....this is feng shui for the body!
