scarecrows and pumpkins

it's that time of year....everywhere i look there are pumpkins!

the local pumpkin patch is having a great season

every time i see a scarecrow i want to get close enough to take a photo, but too often they are out in the field on private property.  this one was just right!

pumpkin season....already

though it doesn't seem possible,
pumpkin season is upon us in NE ohio.

a drive through the countryside
(really a scouting adventure)
produced interesting morning shoots.

a great barn!  and rolling hills.
