miracle on erie street

each christmas season
downtown willoughby celebrates
the beginning of the holiday season
with a festival of lights.

this year it is called
Miracle on Erie Street
44 years the city has gathered
first for a dinner at the Methodist church

and ended the evening with carolers from
area elementary schools and the lighting of
the tree, followed by the arrival of Santa.
















the downtown was abuzz with young and old, the shops decorated with trees and lights.
