the shoe and the swimsuit
isn't this a gorgeous shoe? the perfect shoe for puerto rico.
so beautiful (but actually walking in it looks impossible)
liz left them in the box.
the swimsuit, on the other hand, was a no-brainer for me.
i saw it, walked away, thought about it all day and went back to try it on. it is now mine.

Yes, I am still lusting after those shoes. But they would have stayed in the box even if I'd bought them!
