recently i had a nuclear stress test....
some irregularity (variance) showed up on a hospital pre-admittance EKG
and i was scheduled for this test.
on the treadmill, the technicians finally stopped me....i completed all of the levels and actually RAN during the last minute...uphill.
i have now awarded myself the poster girl for heart health.
so what was the variance???
my cardiologist told me that teenage girls have arrythmias that some girls just don't outgrow.
of course.....if it's a question of getting older, i'll keep this teen affliction.

This is a great topic to pursue, teen afflictions that we carry with us. Who knows what we would be able to do if we could work in tandem, or hop the waves like dolphin sisters.
